Terms and Conditions – Swim Season Promotion
- The promoter is Aquabliss Operations Pty Ltd, Suite 206, Level 2, 4 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153. ABN 95 613 925 99. Promotion queries to 0432 516 673
- Time of offer starts 12.00am on the 30th January 2020 and ends at 11.59pm on the 31st March 2020
- Open to new customers only
- New customers are people who have never enrolled students with Aquabliss before, or not within the last 12 months of the date they are seeking to enrol the same students with Aquabliss again
- Employees are ineligible to enter
- New customers will automatically be entered into the draw
- If a new customer enrols three children/students, they will receive three entries in the draw
- Minimum age of entry is 16
- The winners will be chosen at random
- The draw will take place on Tuesday 7 April 2020 at 10.00 am at Aquabliss Head Office, Suite 206, Level 2, 4 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153
- If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize re-draw will be conducted two weeks later, at the same time and place as the original draw.
- The winners will be notified within 2 business days of the draw (or re-draw), by email/telephone and an announcement will also be published within 5 business days on the relevant swims school’s Aquabliss Facebook
- There will be one winner for each of the five Aquabliss Swim Schools
- The winner gets to choose from one of the four prizes on offer
- The Summer Prizes to choose from are: one Family Pass to SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium at Darling Harbour, NSW (For 2 adults, 2 children up to age 15 – free admission for children under 3 – worth approximately $140); one Big Ticket to the Australian National Maritime Museum at Darling Harbour (For 2 adults, 2 children aged up to 15 – free admission for children under 4 – worth approximately $90); one Family Pass for a Whale Watching Cruise (For 2 adults and 2 children – worth approximately $250); Shark Dive Xtreme for One Person at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium (Minimum age 14+ – worth approximately $299)
- The total prize pool for the Summer Prize Promotion will not exceed $1500
- No individual prize exceeds $1,000 and total value of prizes do not exceed $100,000
