Exercise classes, lap swimming & learning to swim

Lots of adults can’t swim, for lots of different and very valid reasons. We won’t judge you. We’re good listeners, patient, encouraging and understanding. We’ll teach you to swim at your own pace and within your own comfort zone. Bliss!

In our privately owned pools, you’re likely to feel less overwhelmed or distracted than in a busier public council pool. Bliss!

For swimmers looking for some exercise, some of our pools offer lap swimming and aqua aerobics too. Bliss!

Adults can join us on a swim journey too
Your classmates will be other adults like you, but there’s no need to compare yourself to others. This is all about your personal goal. Our instructors will work with you to set realistic targets. Taking one step at a time. Learning at your pace, within your comfort zone, to help you succeed.
We’ll help build your confidence and improve your swimming so you can relax and enjoy yourself more when in and around water.

Aqua Aerobics & Lap Swimming

Not everyone loves getting hot and sweaty at the gym or on a run

After prioritising our children and adult learn to swim programs, some of our swim schools have space from time to time for aquacise.

Enjoy “me” time, meditatively swimming laps up and down the pool. Or be part of a group and join an aqua aerobics class. Or both!

Working out in water helps prevent overheating, so you’re more likely to exercise for longer.
Not all schools offer lap swimming or aqua aerobics. Contact your local swim school for more information.
