BIG THANK YOU to the supervisor Michelle. I’m so glad she was there at the start of my daughter’s swimming journey. Michelle made it very easy transit for my daughter and always providing very genuine and helpful tips every time. The swimming teacher Juliet is very friendly and always smiling :) It’s so important to have a positive and helpful environment like Aquabliss Pymble. We are very happy here and will not go anywhere else.

We’ve had a really good experience with the swim school. Our current teacher, Craig is great and puts a lot of effort into keeping the kids organised and making sure they understand what they’re doing. He also takes the time to show things individually when needed which we really appreciate. Also, the supervisor, Sasha is always cheerful and fun. You really can’t help but love her attitude! Overall, a great team, competent teachers and a positive environment for the kids.

Craig is an outstanding swimming instructor. He is patient, encouraging, and has a great way of building confidence while keeping lessons fun and engaging. His clear instructions and positive attitude have made a real difference, and we’ve seen excellent progress. Craig genuinely cares about his students and creates a supportive learning environment. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated swimming instructor.

Very professional and so dedicated. I cannot appreciate the swimming teachers (Jacob, Sasha, and others) and supervisors (Dale) more and hence highly recommend this team for children swimming classes.

We've done swim classes here since our baby was 8 months old and she's so comfortable in the water. The instructor Sasha is fun, engaging, and puts our kid at ease! The only downside is that baby classes are only on Fridays and Saturdays, so sometimes doing makeup sessions are a bit tricky to fit in. Love the app for ease of booking changes

Oliver and Sasha are great instructors they do such a great job with my boys.

Between my two kids I’ve been a customer for 6yrs now and couldn’t be happier with the progress. Ollie and Jacob have been really great with them. They both look forward to Saturday mornings

Clean environment, friendly staff

Warm water, convenient booking/cancellation policy, kids love the instructors. Would be nice to space out the lesson times in different lanes to avoid shower congestion.

Our family has been swimming at Aquabliss Pymble for 5+ years, and we couldn’t be happier. The management and teachers are welcoming, professional, highly skilled, and patient — genuinely invested in each child’s progress. Their strong focus on water safety, combined with encouraging support (especially in the lead-up to swimming carnivals), has helped build both confidence and ability in our child. Highly recommended swim school. My children have all developed so much over the years in both their confidence and skill. The kindness, care and professionalism shown each week to our family by Greg, Judy, Gloria and the rest of the team continues to be very much appreciated by us all.

Aquabliss is a very fun and friendly environment. All the children look happy to be in the water as the swimming instructors are smiling and happy whilst teaching. I couldn’t say one bad thing about this place, it is such a welcoming environment

This is my second time to put a review here, after seeing the passion and professionalism of every single person in Aquabliss Pymble, from door with Gloria to the water with every single of instructors.We love you all and thanks so much for being so amazing and organised. I love I can see my daughter progress in the app and can manage all the sessions online. it saves a lot of time for us. I tell every single parents I see in the pool. Maybe that would be good to have a one pager letting parents know that you have such a great system 👌👌

We joined Aquabliss on the recommendation of one of the school parents and they dealt very well with my son's requirements (sensitivity around water). I also miss the lesson because I was disorganized and they were super helpful. One of the parents advised that you can rebook a missed lesson up to eight times in 12 months so they were gracious enough to do this on the spot for me. I also wasn't able to book online so I spike with Ella on the front desk and she was very patient and did a great job of resolving my issue.

I have no words to say thank you team. Our daughter loves the pool. each single instructor here is an angel. The way you take care of our little ones, the way you give them love and training is unbelievable. Thanks so much for EVERYTHING.
