Swim Teacher
We’re always on the look-out for motivated and reliable Learn to Swim Teachers to join our teams. With centres located at Pymble, Seven Hills, Gregory Hills and Mittagong (Frensham School), there’s sure to be a location that suits you.
No prior experience is necessary to become an Aquabliss Swim Teacher! Whether you’re a fully qualified teacher or looking for a new job opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. Â
Not qualified? No problem! We can assist you with enrolling into a Swim Australia Teacher course – we regularly run them at our centres with our training provider HomeSwim. We will then help you with all your practical training to become accredited and once qualified, offer you employment with us!
Our Babies, Learn to Swim and Stroke Development classes run 7 days a week (including school holidays) in our purpose-built, indoor, heated pools.

Pool Deck Supervisor
We are hiring! We’re looking for experienced Pool Deck Supervisors to join our teams.
Aquabliss comprises four centres based across the greater Sydney region and conducts over 7000 lessons per week. Our proven, ability-based teaching methodology, created in conjunction with swim industry professionals, is leading the way to raise the standards for teaching swimming in Australia. Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all swim teachers conduct lessons in accordance with the Aquabliss methodology and to provide feedback and support relating to their performance.
You will also be responsible for assessing and grading students and ensuring that their class level matches their ability while supervising, guiding and maintaining the safety of students at all times.
A critical component of this role is the responsibility of building excellent relationships with parents/carers, ensuring they are kept up to date and satisfied with their child’s progress.

Skills Required
To join the Customer Care team, you’ll need solid administration skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised, even when things get busy.Â
Previous experience in a customer service role as well as an ability to handle payments through a POS system is essential. As well as being confident in using Office 365 applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Great communication is key in this role, so we need someone who can write and speak clearly, with a sharp eye for detail.Â
Your ability to maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude and work well both on your own and as part of a team is a must.Â

Training & Courses
Become a Swim Teacher
We can help you get qualified
To become a qualified Swim Teacher or Coach, you’ll need to complete a one day course, which includes theory and some practical training, be prepared to get wet on day one! After your one day course, you’ll need to complete 25 hours of in-water buddy training in order to be assessed, signed off and accredited.
Aquabliss runs Swim Australia Teacher courses all year round through our training provider, HomeSwim. Getting qualified is as simple as heading over to the HomeSwim course calendar OR the Swim Australia course calendar to book your preferred day/time.
If the courses at our pools are full or aren’t scheduled on a day convenient to you, we’re still able to assist with your 25 hours of in-water training if you complete your course with another training provider.
As a recruitment incentive, if you complete your training with us, we’ll pay your 25 hours of training once you’re employed!
