Are we going to receive a refund for March?
We have allocated all remaining lessons for March with a make up. At this point, the make ups will be valid until the end of the year and will be on your account for you to use when we re-open.
Are you going to stop my direct debit payments?
Yes. All direct debits have been stopped.
What happens to my current make up vouchers and their expiry?
All make ups will be valid until the end of the year and will be on your account for you to use when we re-open.
Will I need to rebook when Aquabliss re-opens?
If you still have a current booking with us, you will not need to rebook in. Your spot will be held unless you notify us otherwise, via email.
When will Aquabliss be operating again?
Unfortunately, Aquabliss was forced to shut due to the Governments’ mandated closure of all indoor sports facilities and will be closed until further notice. We will, of course, be notifying all customers as soon as practicable before we open again.
Will my child have the same time and teacher when we return?
Aquabliss will work hard to ensure that you will have the same time and teacher. However, we envisage that we may not be able to guarantee the same teachers as some of our teachers may, during the course of our closure, need to pursue other means of employment.
Do I need to suspend or cancel any of my current bookings?
No. Aquabliss will take care of this for you. All payments from April onwards have been stopped and will not resume until we notify you. Your spot will be held at Aquabliss unless you notify us otherwise, via email.
