With a strong focus on perfecting techniques, we don’t just teach kids how to swim, but more importantly, how to SWIM WELL. We believe with better technique, your little one will learn how to swim further, using less energy. A child who tires less quickly in the water is less likely to panic. A calmer, more competent swimmer will be a safer swimmer.

Every single class is monitored by a Pool Deck Supervisor. Yes, you read that correctly. Every. Single. Class! Assessing students and teachers to ensure your child progresses as quickly as they possibly can, so you get the best return on your investment! Pool Deck staff are your main contact point about your child’s swim progress.
Everyone onsite is supported by our exceptional customer service team. They’re the solid foundation at each swim school. Some are swim teachers themselves. They’ll answer your queries, assist with bookings, make you feel welcome, help you fit in, calm tantrums and hand out tissues if they need to. Anything to help – they’re multi-talented!

All our coaching and teaching staff hold nationally recognised qualifications from either Swim Australia™ or AustSwim™. They’re also first aid trained and have a Working with Children Check.
When we recruit, we look for more than just qualifications on a pieces of paper. We recruit based on a range of criteria, but mostly passion. Passion about kids, safety, swimming and learning.
Our lessons are delivered by some of the best instructors in the industry. They understand and respect that each child is different. They’ll help to unlock each child’s potential through supportive, constructive encouragement, with lots of fun along the way. They’ll be a champion for your child. Always believing in them. Never giving up on them. Fighting to keep them safer, healthier and happier.
