This 3-level ability-based program focuses on water confidence, floating & gradually introduces freestyle & backstroke.
Straight arm freestyle (with breathing) & backstroke correction are the goals of this 3-level ability-based program.
Still learning to swim, but with a stronger focus on technique. This 4-level program will turn out kids proficient in all four strokes.
Our best swimmers are invited to perfect techniques, master starts & turns - choosing a fitness or competitive pathway.
Can you swim well enough if your child gets into trouble? Want some exercise? Lap swimming & aqua aerobics are available at some locations.
Catch up or fast-track progress. One month's worth of lessons in one week. One FREE lesson each week. A great opportunity to try us out if not already enrolled in a regular program.
